Our Approach
We understand that the process involved in buying and selling property can sometimes be quite stressful. However, at L.A.R.K., we work with all parties involved in the transaction (clients; solicitors acting for the other side; estate agents; financial advisors; and mortgage lender) to make sure that the process is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible

Dedicated Solicitor
All of L.A.R.K.’s clients have their own qualified solicitor to deal with their transaction from start to finish, and who can be contacted directly via phone or email throughout the transaction, to answer any questions that you may have. Regular emails can also be sent to you to keep you updated as to progress.

Keeping you Informed
It is our policy to make your move (or any property transaction) happen by keeping you updated and involved, thereby keeping your stress levels low. Our quotes are provided to you as soon as we are in receipt of your enquiry. You will also receive a full written breakdown of the fees and disbursements by the outset of every transaction so that you know the full extent of the costs you will be required to pay upon completion of the transaction.

Discount Rate on Will Making Service
During the course of every property transaction we will also discuss with you the necessity for a new Will. The new Will is required to include your new property within your list of assets and to reflect any change of address. It is also worth noting that we are able to offer a preferential, discounted rate on Wills instructed by existing and former Clients.
